Episode 17 – Healing Emotional Reactions
- Negative emotions separate us from our true nature – which is love.
- Healing and working through negative emotions is necessary for better emotional health, and for our well being.
- “Reviewing” is a technique whereby you review the incident that caused you to have an emotional reaction in a relaxed physical state, over and over until you can picture it without encountering physical tension in your body.
- “Peeling” is a technique whereby you discover the origins of your emotional patterns and can then directly heal them and prevent future reactions.
- Both techniques are aided through the use of gratitude for the opportunity for growth, as well as self-introspection by asking yourself “why did I manifest this in my life?”
