  1. I will be spending my next journey finding and getting to know those spirits.

    A question came to mind after my recent journeys and something you said in an earlier podcast about meeting your shadow self. It was a journey that should be carried out after more experience as a shaman. What do you do if the shadow self is making itself known earlier on, before you have a chance to develop your skills?

  2. The shadow self will always be making itself known. It’s the way it operates. It’s like a bratty child that will continue to throw tantrums until it’s addressed and healed. What you can do is start to heal and address the issues within yourself and that will start to integrate and heal the shadow self. There is a specific journey to get to know the shadow self that you should hold off on until you’re a little better at doing Shamanic work. In the mean time just listen to what it has to tell you and heal the past wounds and insecurities it is made of.
